You are eligible for a free replacement if:
- The perfume you received is damaged or leaked.
- You received a different product than the one you ordered.
📹 Proof Required
To process your claim, you must provide a proper unboxing video that clearly shows:
- The unopened package.
- Opening of the package.
- The damaged or incorrect product received.
Note: Without a video, we will not be able to process your return.
