Eligibility for Return/Replacement

You are eligible for a free replacement if:

  • The perfume you received is damaged or leaked.
  • You received a different product than the one you ordered.

📹 Proof Required

To process your claim, you must provide a proper unboxing video that clearly shows:

  1. The unopened package.
  2. Opening of the package.
  3. The damaged or incorrect product received.

Note: Without a video, we will not be able to process your return.

🕒 Time Limit

You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to avail of this return policy.
